We want you to be happy with FaeCursor. If something's wrong, we'll try to fix it. If we can't, you may be eligible for a refund.

When We Offer Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

The plugin has a bug that prevents it from working
There's a conflict we cannot resolve
A feature we advertised doesn't exist
It doesn't work with the latest WordPress version

When We Don't

Refunds aren't available if:

You simply changed your mind
You didn't read the features before buying
Your setup is too customized for us to support
More than 14 days have passed
You violated the license terms

How to Request

Before asking for a refund, please reach out — many issues have quick fixes.

If you still want a refund, email us with:

Your order number
The email you used to buy
What went wrong
Screenshots if possible

After a Refund

Once refunded, your license is cancelled. Please remove the Pro plugin from your sites. You're welcome to keep using the free version from WordPress.org.

Processing Time

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
